KIS Winter Break Hours, Password Change Information

Dear Kellogg Student,

 

The KIS Student Technical Support Center (TSC) will be open for walk-in and phone support (847-467-2100) during the following times over winter break:

 

Monday, December 12 - Thursday, December 22

8am-5pm

Tuesday, December 27 - Thursday, December 29

8am-5pm

 

We will resume normal operating hours on Tuesday, January 3, 2012.

 

Please also keep in mind that the TSC cannot change passwords over the phone. We recommend that you review your security questions on NU Validate, as this is the most efficient way for you to recover access should your password expire. This will ensure uninterrupted access to Kellogg and Northwestern Resources, such as Caesar, Blackboard and the Kellogg Student Directory while you are away from campus.
